With a late diagnosis of Autism and ADHD myself, and extensive work supporting neurodivergent people, I feel well placed to offer neuro-affirming therapy. Whether you are beginning to wonder if you may be neurodivergent, awaiting a diagnosis, being self-diagnosed or coping after a diagnosis for yourself or a family member, I offer a supportive space to help you better understand yourself and develop strategies that work for you.
Many of the people I work with are in caring roles - whether in education, healthcare, the workplace, or as parents and carers. They are often used to supporting others, managing responsibility, and holding things together, sometimes at the cost of their own wellbeing. Most have been through traumatic experiences in childhood. My work offers a space where you can put that down, feel heard, and begin to move from self-pressure towards self-understanding and compassion.

I work with adults facing a range of challenges.

"We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know." - Carl Rogers
