What is Spectrum Healing?

Spectrum Healing is a unique and powerful form of Kinesiology which uses muscle testing to access the life experiences stored in your subconscious.
Muscle testing allows you and your body to direct the treatment in a safe and effective way for you.

Is Spectrum Healing right for me?​
Every day we encounter situations that can cause worry, stress, trauma, lack of confidence or fear and this can throw us off-balance. Spectrum Healing seeks to help you to release worry, stress, trauma, fears and the causes of illness and to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.
When we have a health issue, it is not the emotions and situations that we experienced and felt that continue to cause us problems, but rather, those that we did not allow ourselves to feel. We then continue to recreate the same situations in our life until we finally allow ourselves to fully experience the feelings that affected us the first time and resolve our inner disharmony.

​Spectrum Healing can help you find the unresolved experiences that are still affecting you and can help you release them easily and effectively. Then by gently releasing the old patterns we can return to balance, happiness and health. When we are in a state of balance, our bodies have a tremendous capacity to heal and will draw on the energy that seeks to restore health and well-being for each of us.

Spectrum Healing works at the deepest level and can heal instantaneously. There are no limitations. It works with what your higher self brings through the testing, and heals on all levels of our being from a cellular level right through to our universal blueprint. What does a session look like?​
In our first session, we would discuss what is bothering you and what you would like from healing and how many sessions this may be achieved in. If we feel that we both feel we are happy with this, then further sessions can be booked.
The time between treatments will vary according to the corrections that have been made and can be anything from one to six weeks. Sometimes only one healing session is required and no repeat visit is necessary.
You can choose to have healing:

Face to face sessions takes place in my therapy room in Derriford, Plymouth. Here is a picture of the room I use.

Online Spectrum Healing gives us a way to see each other from the convenience of your own home. It's as easy as clicking on a link I send you, to access the session.

Distant Healing can be done too. If you choose this, I would phone you for initial chat and then phone you once I had done the healing.​​​​
