Introduction and Overview

As well as counselling and psychotherapy, I am trained in Spectrum Healing. Whilst I don't use this in my counselling sessions, it is something I offer separately.

Here are details of both of these modalities so you can choose what suits you best.

COUNSELLING

Counselling can help with many difficulties such as anxiety, stress, bereavement, grief, eating difficulties, loneliness, loss of purpose, relationship problems, discrimination and trauma or can just help you to explore any situation you’re finding challenging or difficult in some way. Life's challenges can sometimes feel  as if you're climbing a mountain and can't see when it will stop, but it can make a big difference when someone is alongside you to support you.

SPECTRUM HEALING

Every day we encounter situations that can cause stress, trauma, lack of confidence or fear and this can throw us off-balance. Spectrum Healing seeks to help you to release stress, trauma, fears and the causes of illness and to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.
