Friendship issues
With a late diagnosis of Autism and ADHD myself, and extensive work supporting neurodivergent people, I feel well placed to offer neuro-affirming therapy; whether that is questioning a diagnosis, awaiting a diagnosis, being self-diagnosed or coping after a diagnosis.
Many of the young people I work with are finding life challenging in some way. By giving them a space where they can talk about their experiences freely, they can gain understanding of who they are, and explore how they can communicate with others about their needs and worries more effectively.

I work with children and young people from 10 to 18 years, facing a range of challenges.

"We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know." - Carl Rogers
