Therapy focused around you

Whether you have a diagnosis of ADHD or autism, or are beginning to explore this, I offer neurodiversity-affirming counselling that works with your brain, not against it.
For many people, especially those diagnosed later in life, this can bring relief alongside confusion, grief, or a rethinking of past experiences. We might explore:
-
overwhelm, burnout, and emotional dysregulation
-
anxiety, masking, and the inner critic
-
rejection sensitivity (RSD) and demand-related responses (including ODD patterns)
-
difficulties in school (including EBSA/EBSNA), work, or relationships
-
self-esteem and identity
Together, we develop personalised strategies such as:
-
chunking tasks and using body doubling
-
managing dopamine and motivation
-
creating realistic routines, schedules, and systems
-
budgeting and managing everyday demands
-
developing “brain hacks” tailored to you
I also work with parents of neurodivergent children, offering both emotional support and practical strategies to help you understand and support your child.
This work is about understanding yourself more deeply and building a life that works for you.
